Digest #34: August 17 – August 23, 2026

The Gonka network has accepted a proposal to update parameters that will make the Sprint consensus mechanism more stable, especially when processing small data volumes. This helps prevent incorrect results during the verification of computations. The proposal was accepted by an overwhelming majority: 99.86% voted "In favor".

Power Distribution Limits are built into the genesis. No participant can concentrate too large a share of the network's computational power, which prevents "51%" attacks.

The code passed an independent security audit by CertiK. Discovered vulnerabilities were fixed before mainnet launch, including ValidationBasic checks and other critical areas.
