Recovery of missed validations
An automatic recovery system has been added for nodes that missed validation due to brief outages. Honest nodes no longer lose rewards due to random communication disruptions.

MLNode update via blockchain
Machine learning models on nodes are now updated via an on-chain mechanism. This means that the entire network switches to a new model version synchronously, by governance decision.
