The protective mechanism for the early stage of the network has been reactivated. Guardian nodes have been given the right to intervene in case of threats. The mechanism will automatically deactivate when the network reaches maturity (power ≥15M and block height ≥3M).

GitHub ↗Filtering of delayed PoC transactions has been added at the protocol level. Outdated batches and validations are rejected before entering the mempool, which reduces network load.
