Digest #22: May 25 – May 31, 2026

This is an important network update that fixes bugs in PoC reward calculation, devshard escrow parameters, complaint authorization, and response handling. It also improves participant reactivation and gRPC settings for the node-manager. An emergency shutdown function for devshard requests, controlled by network custodians, has been introduced. For hosts joining after the update, `api` and `node` container versions will be updated automatically. Existing hosts do not need to manually update their containers. The update also temporarily disables PoC attestation until the next epoch so that the new snapshot logic can work correctly. The migration increased `DevshardEscrowParams` limits, added early miners' and brokers' addresses to the allowed creators list, reduced Genesis custodians' power, and set the network governance quorum to 0.25. Changes were also made for the correct functioning of `MsgRespondDealerComplaints` authorization, and MiniMax-M2.7 was added as a governance model and PoC model. PoC model weights were updated after vLLM 0.20.1 release.

The proposal to update the network software to version v0.2.13 was PASSED. 62.82% of participants voted in favor.

The proposal for reimbursement for epochs 248-254 was PASSED. 61.16% of participants voted in favor.

The proposal to allocate a grant for a node deployment tool was REJECTED. 53.22% of participants voted against.
