Digest #23: June 1 – June 7, 2026

The Gonka network has successfully updated to v0.2.13. This update fixes several bugs related to reward accrual, devshard parameters, and request processing. An emergency switch has also been added, which allows temporary disabling of devshard requests. For hosts joining the network after the update, the `api` and `node` container versions have been updated. Existing hosts do not need to manually update their containers. As part of the migration, devshard limits have been changed, addresses of early miners and brokers have been added, and the voting power of guardians has been adjusted. The quorum for network governance votes is now 25%. A new MiniMax-M2.7 model has been added to the network, and the weighting factors for other models have been updated to better reflect their performance.

Voting is currently active on the proposal for prepayment for creating a Gonka onboarding video guide. This will help new users join the network more easily.

The proposal for a deep dive into Falcon Finance on YouTube was rejected. 53.35% voted in favor, but 46.65% voted against (Veto).

The proposal to approve the Gonka network development roadmap was unanimously adopted (100% 'For' votes).

The proposal for reimbursement for epochs 248-254 was adopted. 61.16% voted in favor.

The proposal to support Gonka's participation in WebX Asia was adopted. 62.77% voted in favor.
