Digest #24: June 8 – June 14, 2026

This update only applies to devshard — the part of the network responsible for performing AI calculations. Now devshard v2 works in parallel with the previous v1. Hosts do not need to take any action, a network restart is not required. The update includes data storage optimization, improved request and session processing, and new tools for monitoring and debugging. For example, the system now more efficiently cleans up old data and better handles errors. This update was approved by community vote.

The proposal to update devshard to v2 and pay out rewards was ACCEPTED. 99.99% of participants voted in favor. This vote confirmed the implementation of the new devshard version, which works in parallel with the previous one, improving AI computation processing.

The proposal for cooperation with Private Inc for network development was REJECTED. 100% of votes were cast against (Veto).

The proposal from Gonka Labs on infrastructure support, improving existing and launching new products was ACCEPTED. 79.62% of participants voted in favor.

The proposal to increase the minimum deposit for participation in votes to 500 GNK and for expedited votes to 1000 GNK was ACCEPTED. 96.28% of participants voted in favor.

The proposal to open devshard escrow creation for a specific community wallet was REJECTED. The majority of votes (90.69%) were cast against (Veto).

The proposal for a PR campaign for Gonka in the US and other regions was REJECTED. Despite 99.83% of votes in favor, the proposal did not gather sufficient support for adoption.
